60 degrees in late February.  We will take it.  Headed to Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis.  Apparently a lot of other people had the same idea as there was a long line of cars waiting to get in.  Luckily a ranger was by the entrance and if you had a county pass you could go in the outer lane.
