Quiet relaxing day after the long drive yesterday. Lots of people in downtown Manchester It was great to see lots of people of all ages at the bookstore. It’s my all time favorite bookstore. I picked up two books. I could have gotten lots more.

Another chilly evening so enjoying another fire in fireplace.
Travel day. We stopped in Saratoga Springs so I could go to the yarn store. Lots of beautiful yarn but I only bought two pieces. We missed a turn leaving Saratoga and GPS took us a longer crazy way but we finally made it to Dorset.
After supper I walked outset to check out the pond that the owners son has been working on. Awesome job
Last full day in the Finger Lakes so decided to dead to Sonnenberg Gardens. There are 9 different gardens. We stopped at the Japanese and Rock gardens and walked by the Italian Gardens. We also stopped at the mansion

What a difference a day makes. Temperatures only in the 50s today. We stopped at F Olivers to pick up some vinegars. The yarn store was closed so headed to the waterfront

Another warm day in the Finger Lakes. Not as warm as yesterday. Thank goodness. We headed to the mall in Victor so Michael could get some socks. Went to L L Bean and Michael found socks and shorts and shirts. Picked up some great salads for dinner and a delicious brownie. Now we are sitting on the porch reading and enjoying nature

Headed to the finger lakes for a few days. It took us a little over 6 hours. Checked into the Inn and then went to Canandaguia. Times it just right as the sun was setting
