Spotted the blue heron from the sun room and grabbed my camera. He really blends in well with the fall colors on the island. There are strings across the pond to discourage the geese but the heron doesn’t seem to mind them. Thank goodness

What a beautiful bed and breakfast. Great food and the inn keepers were wonderful.
Went out to Luke’s or a hamburger and stopped at hemingway’s on the way home. Love the reflections on the water tonight

We decided to rent a camera that we are thinking of buying. So we headed out for a walk around the neighborhood to see if we could spot any wild life. Managed to capture the blue heron in flight

On our walk we spotted one eagle in the trees – took some pictures and then he took off. We waited a while while he circle around and then we spotted two eagles – waited a little longer and then landed in the tree. Michael was able to get some good shots
