Went to doctors today for a follow up. I don’t have to wrap my foot in gauze and an ace bandage anymore. Just have a bandaid on it. Makes it much easier to walk and I can wear yoga pants again. One more week in a walking shoe and three more weeks before I can resume walking and yoga.

As I was leaving the library tonight one of my friends said look out the window. There were at least 6 deer. By the time I got my phone out several of the deer went into the woods but I get get a picture of two of them

One of my friends invited me over for some tea and knitting. She did a great job. Loved the dishes and the food was delicious. I think it’s the first time I had clotted cream
