Monday morning after the storm. The rain washed away the snow and it’s a warm 39 degrees this morning.
Snow started around 3 but started to taper off at 5 pm. It’s supposed to change to rain soon so had to take a picture before it got dark and rain starts. Not sure what the oval shapes are in the upper left hand corner
Geese all on duty checking out the pond
The ice is thick enough that the goose can walk on it
Beautiful sunset tonight
It’s 28 degrees at 5 pm. Ice is starting to form on the pond.
Spotted on our afternoon walk. Most of the snow is gone but snow in the forecast for The Weekend
Four years ago we moved to Stevensille on the Eastern Shore. Best decision we ever made. We love it over here. I wanted a place with a good library, places to walk, scenery and great neighbors and we found all of that plus so much more.
A few more inches of snow
Tonight’s sunset. A lot of the snow has melted but more snow is in the forecast for Thursday night into Friday so stay tuned
