It’s Monday night and its raining. As if driving in the rain isn’t bad enough – there was a graduation ceremony at the First Mariner arena. So needless to say traffic is a mess and at a standstill. I wonder how long it’s going to take to get home

Did not have a lot of time today so we could not do a road trip so we decided to go to Downs Park. When we got there we discovered it was Family Day. We have never seen that many people at the park. It was a beautiful day and we walked the long loop trail Took this shot of the pinecones and loved the shadows in the background.

You never know what you might see on a nightly walk. We stopped at the marina and decided to sit on the dock and take some pictures of the reflections on the water and came up with some amazing shots. The first photo is reflection of a fence on the water. The second photo is reflection of sail boat masts on the water. Do you see the dragon in the second shot?

Was late getting home from work tonight so did not much time to take my photo for the day so decided to walk around the yard and found this plant in my neighbor’s yard. I did not realize that this plant even had flowers – will have to keep checking it to see how long the flowers last.

It’s Saturday so time for a road trip. Decided to head to Jug Bay but who knew there were two Jug Bays – not us. One is in PG Co and the other is in AA Co. We went to both of them and liked the AA Co side better. This shot was taken on the AA Co and shows all the marsh land along the Patuxent River.
The colors in this flower caught my eye. It wasn’t until I started to focus on the flower that I noticed the ladybug.
