It’s such a nice night out that we decided to sit out by the fire pit and watch the sun go down. Just realized, I posted a bunch of pictures today and no flowers for a change

These rain bills used to hang on the porch on the side yard. I have a picture of the bells with ice and a picture of the bells with rain dripping down. When we were here 6 weeks ago i noticed they were missing from porch Tonight while I was walking around outside I noticed them in a pile on the ground, Will have to ask tomorrow what happened to them. Love all the different colors
Went out to eat tonight at Ace’s Place. A new restaurant at Will of the Wisp. We have been coming here for years but never ate there They just reopened the restaurant a few days ago and have heard good things about it so decided to try it. It overlooks the lake and food was good. On the way back to the Inn, we stopped at Ridgeview Valley to see how many houses have been built. When I saw the red barn had to take a picture. Notice the barn quilt. There are now at least 18 different barn quilts in the County. This is the first one i have taken a photo of. Will have to look for more of them in our travels around the County.
When we got back to the Inn, it was too nice to go inside so we sat on the front porch. I noticed this little wren. He must have been spring cleaning He would go in the birdhouse and throw out some straw and then come back outside look around and then repeat the process. A fellow 365project gal told me that the males make several different nests and then the female choose which one she likes best. Best viewed large – just click on the picture
Decided to go on the Lost Land Trail. We have not been on that trail in a number of years. We were surprised at all the damage from Hurricane Sandy. Lots of downed trees which made the trail difficult in a few places We had forgotten about the Cascade Falls so it was a nice surprise. Took lots of pictures
Decided to head to Potomac Garrett State Forest. We have not been there in a number of years. Stopped at the ranger station to see if they had any new maps and was surprised to see these amazing mushroom in the front yard. Have never seen such detail. Mother Nature is amazing
