Temperatures hit over 40 degrees and the meltdown continues. We can actually see grass in places. Just saw a note that we have 18 days in a row with one inch or more of snow on the ground

The wind finally died down but there is still ice and snow around. But we were able to walk on part of the path today. It’s supposed to be in the 40s for the next couple of days so there should be a lot of melting
Afternoon sky

A very cold windy day. Coldest day this winter. With the wind chill it was below zero for most of the day

My walking buddies got together for a progressive dinner tonight. We had appetizers at one house and then to house two for salad, soup and bread. Then onto house three for dessert. Food was delicious. Had a wonderful time. So lucky to have such a great bunch of friends

More melting today. you can actually see some of the deck

It’s 29 degrees at 5 pm but it’s supposed to get very cold and windy with a bit of snow

Path is still icy and it’s too cold to sit on the bench

Another day of temperatures over 32 degrees. Morning sky

Tonight’s sky

Another cold day. It’s 20 degrees tonight

Calm before the store. It’s 41 degrees at 4 pm. Weather forecasters are predicting a storm of the decade starting tomorrow night.

Went out to dinner for a belated birthday for my husband. Sunset over the bay

The geese were out in full force this afternoon. Walking on the path was like walking thru an obstacle course

Sunset was pretty tonight
