Finally it was not bitter old when we walked this afternoon and some of the ice and snow is melting . Had to run some errands and decided to go to watermen’s basin to check out the ice around the work boats

Went to Big Owls Tiki Bar with friends for the first time. It was a beautiful afternoon to be by the water and there was a great singer playing country music. He sounded like Alan Jackson

Had a late lunch at the Dock House with a good friend today. Not sure if it’s going to rain again

Lots of rain last night and this morning. Skies are finally clearing. We headed over to Ferry Point. It was closed for several months for improvements.
Went to the Dock House for dinner tonight. Good food. The cinnamon bread pudding was awesome. The view is great
The polar vortex is gone and temperatures were in the 30’s so decided to head out and see if we could find any pictures of boats and ice before it all melts – since it’s supposed to get into the 50’s in a few days. Headed to the Narrows
