The rain finally stopped – it was 60 degrees today so headed out for a walk around the neighborhood. Was surprised to see work going on at the pier by the marina. Hopefully the community finally got approval to rebuild and widen the pier

A beautiful January day in Maryland The rain has stopped, the sun came out and its 71 degrees. Went for a walk around the community and was lucky enough to spot this work boat named “Call Girl” headed into shore. Someone must need a dock repaired or replaced. Warm weather won’t last – Saturday its going to be in low 30’s with possibility of ice.

Forecast was for 3-5 inches of snow but we only got about a couple of inches. The pond by the marina looks pretty with the snow and the ice.
Hope we get some more snow this winter. I could not enjoy last winter since I was laid up with a broken ankle
