Coming in for a landing. We spotted the osprey nest and waited around for a while for a good photo. We even walked up the trail and took some more pictures and then came back to see if we could get a good shot. This one turned out the best. Think it may have seen us since it veered off before landing on the nest. Will have to go back in another week or so and see if we have any better luck.

Where is my nest? The ospreys have been nesting on top of this channel marker for years. A couple of weeks ago, we noticed the beginning of a nest but we had a big wind storm earlier this week and the nest must have blown away

Headed to Kinder Park. There were lots of people there today. It was great to see so many families there celebrating Mother’s Day. The osprey’s were out today. Took a bunch of pictures of them and liked these two the best
