No swimming allowed.
Another cold day with temperatures in the teens and soon is in the forecast for tonight. They are calling for six to ten inches overnight – so guess we will be surprised in the morning
A week ago it was 60 degrees and today it’s 17 degrees and windy so it feels like -5 degrees.-it’s been a roller coaster winter so far. We had just a bit of now last night but the wind blew most of the snow off the trees. I only ventured as far as the back yard to try and find a photo
Temperatures were in the 40’s today and it wasn’t raining or snowing so we decided to see if we could find the new park in southern Anne Arundel County – South River Farms Park. When we got there – there were no signs for the park and the gate was closed and locked. We parked outside the gate and walked into the park. A little ways down the road we noticed a sign that said park was open Monday thru Fridays from 9 to 2:30. Strange times for a park. We walked about a mile and passed a couple of tidal pools and reached the South River. Once we got to the shoreline and looked across the river you could see the two gazebos at the Quiet Water Park overlook. We have to go back to the park and see it in spring
