Finally it was not bitter old when we walked this afternoon and some of the ice and snow is melting . Had to run some errands and decided to go to watermen’s basin to check out the ice around the work boats

After 9 days of freezing cold it finally hit 32 degrees
Another cold one. It was 15 degrees but we walked this morning. Had to walk on the road as sidewalks are not all clear
Went to Annapolis for dinner and the Bay is almost completely frozen. Last time it froze was in 1976
Had to go to Annapolis today and was surprised to see how much ice was on our side of the bay
Still very cold so snow is not melting so it’s still a big sheet of ice
Snow piles will be around for a while
