Noticed this from our family room. Luckily he stayed put until I got my camera and walked out on the deck. We usually see them on our deck railing

Took a quick trip to Annapolis to see if we could find some good photo ops. Thought there might be some ice on the Severn River but it warmed up a bit – so no ice but it was still windy and cold. The Naval Academy is in the distance.

Forecast was for 3-5 inches of snow but we only got about a couple of inches. The pond by the marina looks pretty with the snow and the ice.
Hope we get some more snow this winter. I could not enjoy last winter since I was laid up with a broken ankle

The temperatures have warmed up and the sun is out and the snow is melting. We had to run some errands in Annapolis so decided to stop at the Naval Academy on the way to see if we could find some photo ops
