After the storm. A hazy, hot and humid day followed by a bad storm. The wind was really blowing and we could see the trees in the backyard swaying back and forth. Luckily we didn’t lose any trees but we did lose power around 7 pm and it was 1:30 before the power was restored

The Hermione was docked at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore this weekend. There was a really long line to tour the bot and it was hot and humid so we decided to just take some pictures
Another humid day with thunderstorms. Went for a walk around the neighborhood to see if we could find some flowers with some raindrops. These three turned out the best

It’s been really hot and humid so I haven’t been walking but it was a little cooler today so I ventured out. Lots of lilies in all colors are in bloom – I like the colors in this one the best

The Hermione replicates the original wartime frigate that ferried the Marquis de Lafayette to America in 1780. The French spent 17 years and $28 million replicating the Hermione down to the last detail. Today it is sitting just outside Annapolis Harbor and we were lucky enough to get this shot.
