We usually have yoga class on Tuesday but class was cancelled so we decided to walk. So glad we did. We spotted these babies that had just hatched. Mama was trying to lead them to the pond. We had to help herd them in the right direction and one of the gals had to help the babies up a couple of curbs
More signs of spring
They finally replaced the tree that was damaged last year and was then cut down. It looks like it’s leaning to the left. Here’s hoping it survives
Decided to dead to Bombay Hook national wildlife refuge in Delaware. We haven’t been there in three years. The refuge stretches eight miles along Delaware Bay and covers 16,251 acres

Rainy afternoon. We could not walk at 4. look loosely on the left an you can see some ducks. Haven’t seen any ducks in a while

Beautiful day. Temperatures in the 50s and just a little wind. Not much wildlife at the ponds today
Spotted two eagles on our afternoon walk. One is on shore and one is in the water. This is the best shot I could get with my I phone. We are so lucky to have all this wildlife in our back yard

Beautiful fall day so we headed to Downs Park. We always stop at the turtle pond – no turtle today but lots of geese and ducks.
