Stopped at the library tonight. Time for more books. While I was there I checked to see if any of the books I put on reserve came in and was lucky enough to find three books on the reserve shelf. When I left the library I had to check out the flowers and found two different flowers. Not sure what they are. Like the shades of pink in this one and like the green and white combo in the other photo

Another beautiful day. Spent a good part of the afternoon in the yard – mowing the lawn and weeding. We planted this century bush a number of years ago but this year there are lots more blossoms on it. Took a bunch of photos and hard to decide which ones we liked the best

Is it summer already? Temperatures hit 90 yes 90 degrees today. It was so warm, we turned the air conditioning on to cool off the house so we can sleep tonight. I know – we are wimps – but I can deal with cold much better than heat. Another warm day tomorrow and then back to reality and 60 degree temperatures for the weekend. These flowers are in my neighbor’s yard. The grass in the background is our yard. These phlox really popped out in the last few days

What a beautiful day. Right now I am sitting in my family room with the windows and sliding door wide open – blue skies – birds chirping and the temperatures are in the 70’s. Its supposed to be warm for the next few days so hopefully I will be able to take a long walk at lunchtime around the Inner Harbor. Took this picture outside the library It was the only one that came out. I miss my Nikon – hopefully only a few more days before I get it back

After we got home, unpacked, and started a load of wash headed out to the yard to see if anything had bloomed while we were away. Was really surprised to find this flower.

The flowers in the front yard are starting to bloom. It’s amazing that the one is in full bloom and the other one is only open a little.
