It’s a beautiful day in Garrett County so we decided to head to Swallow Falls State Park. So did a lot of other people. This is the first time we have had to park in overflow parking. As we were leaving the park we decided to do a bit of exploring and came across this shack. Had to stop and take a picture

We decided to go inside the State House to see if there were any Christmas decorations and were surprised to see that there were lots of Christmas trees – one for each County in Maryland. We missed the Anne Arundel County tree but we did find the Garrett County tree.

What a difference a day makes. Took this picture of Wisp Ski Resort just before we left this morning. By the time we got home it was blue skies and 45 degrees. A temperature swing of 50 degrees in just a few days and tomorrow the high is going to be 27degrees. This has been a really strange winter
