A beautiful day in Maryland with temperatures predicted to be in the 70’s so we headed to the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center (CBRE) in Grasonville.

The osprey’s are back. Not sure where they are going to make their nest this year. There used to be a platform on top of this channel marker but it disappeared over the winter.

Headed to Quiet Waters Park and was happy to find the South River Overlook had reopened. We stopped by the osprey nest but no one was home. If you use your imagination can you see a bird.

Went out to dinner tonight and since we were close to Downs Park decided to head to the park. The ospreys were not in their next but spotted this one in a tree

Another beautiful day with temperatures in the low 80’s. We headed to Downs Park but forgot that it was closed on Tuesdays so we went to Kinder Park. An osprey has a nest on one of the light poles and as we walked by, he took off. Looks like he had his lunch with him.
