What a difference a week makes. Last Saturday we were in Vermont and it was raining and we were relaxing in front of a fireplace. Today we are home and it’s 74 degrees and I am sitting in our screened in porch

If it rains and cools things off we can sit on the porch. We replaced the end tables and coffee tables that came with the set for smaller tables and an ottoman. Looks so much bigger. The two glass balls are fishing floats we bought in Japan many years ago So glad we added the porch when we bought the house. We spend a lot of time there

Felt like summer today – temperatures hit 90 degrees and it’s supposed to stay warm for several days. Oh no – bring back the 70 degree temps. Stopped at the library on the way home for some books I had put on reserve. Love being able to go on the internet and put books on reserve. Wanted to do something today besides flowers so since books, wine and relaxing after work were on my mind ….
