We headed out to Port Angeles today. Along the way, we stopped at a visitor center to get some information and this very nice lady mentioned that we might like Port Townsend and that they filmed An Officer and a Gentleman at Fort Worden and that there was also a lighthouse there so since we had some time before we could check into the hotel decided to head to Port Townsend.

Our last day in Friday Harbor. Many thanks to Aaron Baggenstos of #Aaron’s Photos for arranging a great photo tour. Thanks also to Carmen and Alfonso, Don and Kathy (our fellow tour buddies) for making this a trip of a life time We are trying to decide which photo tour to go on next.

After we spotted the fox, someone spotted an eagle on a cliff off in the distance and Carmen, Alfonso, Michael and I headed off to see if we could get a better shot We must have trekked over a mile on a open field filled with rabbit holes to get to the cliffs. We managed to get this shot. Carmen and Alfonso were both able to get some great shots but of them in flight so maybe next time we will be able to get a shot of an eagle in flight but at least we got this one.
We got up early this morning and headed out at 6 am in search of wildlife. We stopped at the American Camp Historic Park to see the bunnies, beach and hopefully some wildlife. Just as we pull up someone spots a red fox. We were surprised that the fox came very close and stayed around for a while so we could all get some good shots.
