It was 61 degrees out so definitely time for a trip to the park. Decided to go to Down’s Park. Lots of people had the same idea – it was the busiest we have seen it in a while. Went for a short hike and on our way back to the car ran into some good friends of ours. What a great day

What a difference a week makes. Last week when we were in Annapolis we were all bundled up and taking pictures of the ice in the harbor. Today it was in the low 60’s and the sailboats were out, people were wearing shorts and there were long lines at the ice cream shops.
We think there were a lot of people learning to sail as lots of boats were going around in circle
The Mt. Calvert house is one of the most significant historical sites in PG County. During the 18th and 19th centuries it was a tobacco plantation. We took this photo from Jug Bay in Maryland

Ego Alley in the winter. Don’t think we have ever been to Annapolis in the winter when it was iced in like this. Some people actually live on their boats year round.
