What a nice surprise. One of my friends in our office wanted to show me something outside our office window. When I looked out the window I spotted this tall ship. So of course I had to head over to the harbor after work. Took a lot of pictures and it was hard to decide on the best one.
The Statsraad Lehmkuhl is a three-masted barque rigged sail training vessel owned and operated by the Statsraad Lehmkuhl Foundation. It is based in Bergen, Norway and contracted out for various purposes, including serving as a school ship for the Royal Norwegian Navy

Lin and Michael’s Photos 2012
Went outside to try and find my photo of the day. We are going to a football party shortly and wanted to make sure I had my photo of the day before we left. When I walked to my side yard was amazed to see that my roses are in bloom. Is it really November? My husband showed me how to make some adjustments to our camera and was amazed at how great the close ups of the roses turned out. Had a hard time deciding which one to use.

Blue skies at last. We went to Down’s Park. We were surprised to see the number of trees that were down in the park – not sure if its the result of Hurricane Sandy or the derecho that came through this summer. Love the reflections on the water of this photo

Forgot to put my small camera back into my purse so had to rely on my IPhone. Busy day today – in fact it’s been a busy crazy week, Sure glad it’s Friday. Stopped at the library for a stack of books and then on the way home pulled over by the B&A trail to see if I could get my photo of the day,

Stopped at different place this morning. Took a bunch of photos and liked this one the best. One of these mornings, I am going to get a great close up shot of the rowers. It was only about 40 degrees out so the rowers must like the cold and be really dressed for the cold

Took a bunch of photos today but was not happy with most of them so decided on this one. I have never been a coffee drinker but make up for it with all the tea I drink Chai is my favorite.
