We had a really nice surprise tonight. The doorbell rang and when we opened the door there were some neighborhood girls and they sang the 12 Days of Christmas.

On the way home we stopped to see the Lights on the Bay. This is the first time we stopped and drove thru. There were over 60 lights. If you are in the area you really should stop and see it.

One of our good friends had a Christmas open house today. She lives very close to the Chesapeake Bay. So when we noticed the sun setting we headed to a park close to her house and took some pictures.

When I walked outside this morning to get the paper the sky was beautiful – lots of pink. Went back inside to get camera, coat and by the time I got back a lot of the colors had faded. Drove to the marina but not much color there so headed to work. As I was heading toward Annapolis, decided to drive to park by Naval Academy to see if I could get any good pictures. Was really happy with results and it was hard to decide which one I liked the best

We didn’t get any snow yesterday – just rain here and it washed away most of the snow we had earlier in the week. Went to the marina – it was 40 degrees but with the wind blowing is felt much colder. You can see just a little snow on snow of the tall grasses in the foreground
