Spotted this beautiful garden while walking around Annapolis. We had to fit the camera in between the pickets in the fence in order to take some pictures. We took several pictures and then realized that one of the pickets was missing so there was more room to take pictures

Busy day today – spent a good part of the day working in the yard and then running errands. Went for a short walk after supper and spotted this in a neighbor’s yard

Danielle – a very good friend and co-worker stopped in the office today with her new baby Arabela. I took a few pictures and then wouldn’t you know it the battery died – that’s happens when you don’t charge it. So, I only have a few pictures and none of them with Danielle or Arabela. Guess that means I will have to go visit them.

It looks like a disaster area in the front yard but the tree service cleaned up everything before they left. Did a great job and you would not even know they had been here. If you enlarge the picture you can see a guy in a bucket chair. He lifts the logs into the truck. They filled up the truck bed twice.

We had to have a number of trees taken down in our back yard. The tree service arrived at 8:30 and were here until 5:30 or so. Very professional. This guy has a machine that lifts the logs and then he takes them to the front of the house where they are loaded on the truck to be carted away. These two logs were so heavy it lifted his end of the machine off the ground. He had to get another worker to come stand on back of the machine with him.

Chris making another amazing breakfast at the Lakepointe. The first morning we were there, she made Lemon Poppyseed Waffles. This morning it was Dutch Baby Pancakes with apricots. Yummy. Have I made you hungry yet? We are already counting the days until we can return.
