Rubber Ducky you’re the one.  Who – which one of us – could it be me?

The Lakepointe Inn in Deep Creek, Maryland is one of our favorite Bed and Breakfasts.  It sits right on Deep Creek and is just a three hour drive from here.  The staff is wonderful and takes really good care of us.  They put a rubber ducky on the bathtub and it matches the season.  As you can see we have quite a collection.  They are in each of our bathrooms.  I was wondering what I could do for my photo of the day since it’s rainy and dreary out.  So, while changing the tissue box in one of the bathrooms, I knocked one of the ducks off and thought – can I be creative and get a shot out of this.

As I drove by my favorite spot on the way to work, I noticed the sky was a different shade of pink so of course I had to quickly get in the right lane so I could turn into the parking lot and grab a few shots.  I know I posted a sunrise picture earlier this week but every sunrise is so beautiful and so different.  I could not decide which photo I liked the best.  Your thoughts,

Went out to lunch at the Inner Harbor with some friends today and I noticed Charm City Cupcakes.  I asked if I could take some photos and once I got the ok.  I snapped some shots.  Liked this one since it had XXX’s and OOO’s on top.  I gave up sweets for lent so I didn’t buy any.  Will have to stop back after Easter.  Hope everyone has a great Valentine’s Day

It was back to work this morning.  It was hard to get up at 5:30 instead of 8 o’clock.  The sky was amazing this morning so stopped at my favorite spot.  Could not decide which picture I liked the best so decided to post both of them.  The bottom one made it to the popular page on 365Project

Was surprised to wake up to snow this morning.  After breakfast, I took a couple of quick pictures before we headed home.  Took a shot of the red barn again but like the one I took the other day better.  It snowed until we hit Bennington and then it was rain.  I rained most of the way home and it was really foggy but we made good time and it took just a little over 7 hours.  Sure wish Vermont was closer.
