Lake McDonald Lodge Dining Room. Since it was almost 5 o’clock and we still had about an hour drive back to the Bed and Breakfast we decided to stay and have dinner.

Glacier waterfalls. While we were walking up the Going to the Sun Road we met a nice couple from Bozeman, Montana who told us that in the spring there is so much water going over the falls that it’s hard to hear anything

The Going to the Sun Highway was still closed today but we drove as far as we could and then parked the car and walked about two miles up the road. Go to see some spectacular views. Can you imagine working on this bridge

Chief Mountain in the Clouds. We had hoped to take the Going to the Sun road back to Whitefish but the road is still closed. Oh well scenery is still beautiful.
