Montana Cowboy. We spotted him in Jackson several times during our trip.

A beautiful sunny day in Montana. We headed out to Burke Park in downtown Bozeman. The Park is commonly known as “Peets Hill” and is home to the most popular trail in the Main Street to Mountains system. It consists of approximately 40 acres of accessible land and was created in 1992. There are lots of benches along the way and the views are just spectacular.

First day in Montana. We stopped in a local camera shop and one of the employees asked us what our plans were for the afternoon We said we were open for suggestions so he told us about the Flying D Ranch. It’s owned by Ted Turner but there is a 8 mile road (Spanish Creek) that runs through the property that you can drive on. Only part of the road is open right now but we still managed to get a lot of great shots. So glad he told us about it.
The Flying D Ranch is one of four ranches that Ted Turner owns in Montana and has 113,613 acres. Beautiful countryside `
