Did a quick trip to Downs Park to see if there was any ice in the bay. It was 32 degrees out so we did a quick walk to the turtle pond and then walked back along the bay. It was hard to decide which photos I liked the best

Frozen in time. Another storm this week and it’s only Wednesday. We were lucky and just had a lot of rain and only had a little bit of freezing rain Other parts of Maryland had lots of ice and had downed tree limbs and lost power. And another storm is in the forecast for the weekend.

Even the seagulls are discussing who is going to win the Super Bowl – the Seahawks or Broncos?
We are having a heat wave today. It was 57 degrees out – hard to believe we might have a couple of inches of snow by morning. Our library is now open on Sunday afternoons which is just awesome. So after a trip to the library, I stopped at the marina. Some people were just leaving the marina and mentioned that they had been feeding the seagulls. I was happy to see that there were some still hanging around. Did not realize that I managed to catch one in flight. You can still see a bit of ice in the background.
