When I walked outside this morning to get the paper, I was so happy that it felt cooler. After breakfast I walked to the marina. Spotted some sunflowers by the marina fence. Only a few of them are in bloom. Could not decide which one I liked the best

Another hot and humid day. Michael’s hip is bothering him and he wanted to rest it today so no good photo ops. This plant is out on our deck. They seem to like the heat and do well and love all the varieties and colors. It’s supposed to be cooler tomorrow – sure hope so I am really for fall.

It’s after 8 and I am tired and no photo. So took a quick trip to neighbor’s yard and took a couple of quick photos.

We have been in this strange weather pattern for over a week. Seems like we have thunderstorms and rain every day. Sometimes twice a day like today. We managed to get the lawn mowed in between storms today. We are going to Vermont for a long weekend. Hopefully the weather will be better later in the week.

Working on my depth of field again. These lilies were by the marina. While I was taking photos a neighbor walked by and told me that a gal who works at the marina is responsible for all the beautiful flowers by the marina She does an amazing job. It is so nice to see all those flowers on the road to the marina.
