Went to an afternoon matinee of the Moscow Ballet performance of The Nutcracker. This was the third time we have seen it but this performance was amazing. It was the first time we have been to the Hippodrome Theater. It was built in 1914 and rebuilt in 2004. This is some of the amazing architecture.

Went out to dinner with some friends tonight. We decided to eat in Annapolis and then go to Midnight Madness. It was the first time I have been to downtown Annapolis during the holiday season. Had a great time. The stores and restaurants were all decorated and stayed. There were several different musicians around town. Some of the boats in ego alley were even decorated with lights. Took lots of pictures and it was hard to decide on just one.

If it’s Saturday morning then it’s time for errands. Stopped at our local Starbucks to get some caffeine to get us started. Cars were lined up at the drive thru and we managed to snag the last parking spot. They really need more parking. Where did all the people in town used to get their coffee and tea before Starbucks opened. While waiting in line I noticed this display caught my eye and of course I had to get out my IPhone and take a picture. People probably thought I was crazy but I needed my photo of the day.
