So how was your day today honey.
Another great place to sit, read and relax at the Squire House
After we finished hiking we headed to Manchester. First stop of course was the Northshire Bookstore – my favorite bookstore. You could spend hours in there. I picked up a couple of books – could have gotten a lot more but had to control myself. If you love books and are ever in Manchester – this is a must. Then we headed to Michael’s favorite store Orvis. We decided to walk from one Orvis store to another and was glad we did. This is a pond between the two Orvis stores. Love the reflections.
If you look in the foreground you will notice a couple of circles that look like hula hoops. Orvis has fly fishing classes and they use these hoops for teaching casting.
The clouds were amazing this morning so took a quick walk to the Inner Harbor and took a bunch of pictures. Could not decide between this picture and another one so I decided to post one on 365 Project and the other one here
Another hot, humid day with temperatures above 90 degrees so didn’t venture very far. Michael planted these flowers in our side yard earlier this year and they have done really well
Could not decide which one I liked the best. It’s still too hot to venture far so took this on my IPhone at Whole Foods
We went to our friend Vicki’s surprise birthday party last night. This is her granddaughter – just love the glasses
Another busy day and it was another hot one. Going to a surprise birthday party in a little while so no time for photos. So it’s another flower picture from our vacation. This one was taken at the Notchland Inn. Their gardens are beautiful. I was out with my camera and tripod several times during our stay. Hopefully we will be able to get out and about this weekend and get a bunch of good shots.
